City permit turned in: hopefully Friday
Approval to start: please, Lord, PLEASE let it be May 1!!!

This is the lot!

Erik and I bought a lot in Rockwall so that he can try his hand at homebuilding. Right now we have, well...land, and the plans. Permits are the next thing to cross off the list and then hopefully we can break ground.

This is our next door neighbors' house. We met Cheree today. She seems really nice.
