The painter came out to do the quote. Erik's not ready for him, though, so next week.

Electric is done!

HVAC assumed responsibility for the bathroom fans and installed them today. HVAC is done!

If only we could get a hold of the plumber....

Erik finished the hearth tonight and has the rest of the fireplace ready to go.
