Countdown Checklist (subject to change)
1) baseboard molding
2) grade side yard and finish planting grass
3) buy refrigerator
4) drain plates
5) touch ups to drywall/paint
6) finish out fireplace
7) put up fence
8) clean garage
9) put on real front door
10) rehang all the doors
11) shelves in the closets
12) fix cut-off valve
13) remove t-pole
14) get energy audit
15) move in and decorate!
